Finance Minister and Financial Secretary

The Minister of Finance assumes responsibility for public finance in the Cabinet and the Legislative Assembly (LA) while the Financial Secretary is now the principal advisor for the Minister of Finance and is no longer an ex officio member of Cabinet and the Legislative Assembly.
