Who and What

The Complaints Commissioner investigates complaints against.the Government. To ensure the political neutrality of this post the new Constitution mandates that the Governor consult with the Premier and the Leader of the Opposition before making an appointment. Furthermore any person will be ineligible if he or she has held any office, in any political party, within the preceding three years.
