Round 2 — Negotiation Documentation

January 13 – 16, 2009 constituted the second round of meetings between the Cayman delegates and UK’s Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) which were held in Grand Cayman at the Westin Casuarina Hotel. During the negotiation meetings, the Cayman delegates announced their opening and closing statements and discussed the various items related to the draft Constitution.
