A welcome reception hosted by both the LoGB Hon Kurt Tibbetts and Chair of the UK Delegation - Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Mr. Ian Hendry. The reception took place on October 1, 2008 at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort.
