Cayman's Constitution
This is the Cayman Islands Constitution Order which was approved on 10th June 2009 by the Privy Council and was subsequently laid before the United Kingdom Parliament on 17th June 2009. The Explanatory Memorandum to the Cayman Islands Constitution Order 2009 was prepared by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and was also laid before the United Kingdom Parliament on 17th June 2009. The Constitution will come into force on the appointed day which will be determined by HE the Governor.

Cayman Islands (Constitution) Order 1972 - This is an informal consolidation of the Cayman Islands Constitution for guidance purposes only. It takes into account all the Statutory Instruments amending the Constitution, including UKSI 1984/126, UKSI 1987/2199, UKSI 1992/226, UKSI 1993/3143, UKSI 2003/1515, UKSI 2004/2673 and UKSI 2004/2029.
