The purpose of the Constitutional Modernization Initiative 2007 is to promote the move towards an advanced democratic system of government, thus improving the Constitution of the Cayman Islands. However, in order for the Cayman Islands to undergo constitutional reform, the people of these islands must get involved in this process.
